FUDGE!

It's almost time for our annual Neighborhood Christmas Open House. This morning Marcus and I passed out invitations along with a bag of fudge.


semi sweet fudge with nuts:

milk chocolate fudge with out nuts:



16 bags full of fudge:


Recipe:

3 cups (18 oz) semi sweet or milk chocolate chips

1 14oz can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Dash of salt

1 cup of chopped nuts

1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract


In a heavy sauce pan melt chips with Eagle Brand milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper lined square baking dish (8x8 or 9x9). Chill 2 hours. Then cut and enjoy!
