Bead It

I have mentioned before, if anything stands still long enough, it will be beaded.

I made these crosses to sell at Golightly's.

And now on to some random things, because that's how I roll:
Have you noticed the Christmas items sprouting up at your local Hobby Lobby? I know it makes some people mad, but I love it! I can't wait to start decorating. I mean I will wait, but I am just excited.

Several weeks ago Marcus and I found this old shopping cart at a yard sale. I thought it was cute, but I wasn't sure what I would do with it. I found a use this week! It came in handy to haul my groceries from my car to the kitchen. I brought everything in, in one load. My neighbors might think I am loony tunes though.

And I have to include this picture of my friend Anna's son:

I met them up at McDonald's the other day and he was smart enough to turn his Happy Meal box into a pair of glasses. Cute little genius!

OMG! I love your crosses! Do you still sell them? I know someone they would make a perfect gift for. And I love the shopping cart! If I could get everything in the house in one trip, I'd be in heaven. And I saw the Christmas stuff at Hob Lob starting to come out on Memorial Day. I actually snapped a photo of it on my cell phone and posted it to my facebook page, just because I thought it was amusing!

love the shopping cart, i saw where someone used one to make a kitchen island, they had a butcher block cut to fit the largest part of the buggy, kept fruit, onions, potatoes in part where normal groceries go, then used "S" hooks to hang spoons, spatulas, & tongs from the side. very cute!!
oh, & I love the beaded crosses! i have a small one that hangs from my rear-view mirror.
