Pretending Like It's Spring

I planted some flowers last week. It makes it look and feel like spring.
Except for the times that I have to cover my new flowers at night when it gets too cold!

The pansies are fine. They are tough.

These girly flowers need some extra TLC.

I guess I could have waited until it was actually spring time to plant new flowers.

But patience is not one of my strongest virtues.

I really needed them.
What if you walked up to my front door and it was just dirt sitting in that flower box? That's not very welcoming. Is it?

Just tryin' to be a good hostess.
You're welcome!

Beautiful! I'm waiting for my invitation. But, you know, it's supposed to snow Tuesday. You're welcome.

Sorry, I can't remember where I got that wreath! I have had it forever. It was inside for a long time. Then when we moved here I put it on the front door. I like it because it will go with every season.

That's okay Dina. We have a berry wreath up for now, but , i have a 40% off coupon at Michael's from today's paper, so i may head out there. I found a great fire hydrant lamp for my hubby's "themed" man cave that i got at hobby lobby. I will post the picture for my "Finds" of treasures on Ms Funky Junk Donna's page for you & the folks to see :)
