A Sleepover

Last night was the official beginning of Spring Break. So we picked up our niece and nephew from school to start it off with a bang. First we went to the movies and saw Gnomeo and Juliet. It was cute and it was rated G, which is rare these days. And I ate reese's pieces so that makes it a good movie already!

Then we definitely had to have pizza for dinner followed by a mean game of Apples to Apples.

Katie was already in bed, but heard us having fun and she couldn't stand it. So I let her come and sit in her high chair for a little bit

I think she knows to smile for the camera now, because this was totally fake!

She was so sleepy that she could barely stay awake:

It was her first sleepover and she couldn't hang with the big kids!

This morning we went to Fort Worth and rode the train. It was perfect weather for a train ride!

Katie has never been a pacifier loving baby, but recently she has gotten a little attached to her wubanub.

I think there is nothing cuter than a baby sucking on pacifier!

We ended the fun sleepover with a treat!
Shamrock Shakes are back at McDonald's! My sister and I used to love these when we were little, but I haven't seen them since. They are minty deliciousness!

And tonight is one of the saddest nights of the year. We lose an hour. I am not in a place in my life right now where I am really willing to lose and hour of sleep. I do love that it will be lighter later though, so I will suck it up for one night.

Turn your clocks forward and Have a Happy Spring Break!
