I just got a chicken tetrazzini recipe from my mom, that she got from her yoga friend.
And now I'm giving it to you!
It's great because it makes 2 pans, so you can freeze one or give one to a friend. I gave one to a friend, because that's just the kind of girl I am! Plus if I put one in the freezer I would find it 5 years later and throw it out!

This picture doesn't make it look very appetizing, but I thought it was good! And
I LOVE this pan. It is very old and belonged to my great Aunt Tessie. She was a little Italian lady and made lots of lasagna in this pan.
OK, the recipe:1 16 oz package of vermicilli
1/2 cup of chicken broth
4 cups of chopped chicken breast
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 8oz container of sour cream
1 6oz jar of mushrooms drained
1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top
1. cook spaghetti according to the directions, drain. Return to pot, and toss with chicken broth.
2. Stir together chicken and all the ingredients except the cheddar cheese. Add the spaghetti and toss well. Spoon mixture into 2 lightly greased 11x7 dishes.
3.Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
I made 2 modifications to the recipe above. I skipped the mushrooms, because I feel like it's the same as adding boogers to your food and I double the cheese, because if 2 cups of cheese is good then 4 is better!
Then since I was feeling like Betty Crocker, I made some Betty Crocker Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies! Almost from scratch.
I buy the package of oatmeal cookies. It comes with all the dry ingredients. You just add a stick of butter, an egg and water. Then I added a cup of chocolate chips. Then I sprinkled in a few more. My theories on cheese and chocolate are very similar!

They are heavenly and since you are eating oatmeal, it cancels out the chocolate part!
I had to get a picture of Katie's face after her nap. It looked like she was eating powdered donuts in bed. It turns out she was just eating her crib! Not the part that is safely protected by that plastic thing. No, she chose to chew right on the painted part!

And she was wearing jeggings today, so that had to be documented too. My sister in law got them for her.

I laughed out loud when I put them on her.

And her bow isn't in because she just got up from her nap. I took a picture anyway.
My friend Erica told me about a baby shirt she saw that said,
"The bigger the bow, the better the mama!" I love that!
