Happy Valentine's Day!

Marcus got Katie a box of chocolate for Valentine's Day!

So he let her have a piece for breakfast before school:

He also got her a really cute outfit that he picked out himself. I will put it on her this week.

This is when Katie found out that we were going on a date with out her and dumping her off at school:

Say what?!

We drove to a smallish town and went to a cool shop, and then ate at their little cafe.

And we had dessert first!

We saw a giant Santa! He was only $550!!!

I don't think you can charge that much for Santa in February!

I got a cute homemade card.
Somebody borrowed Katie's crayons!

Chocolate and perfume:

It was a lovely day and I am lucky to have such a sweet Valentine!

Happy Valentine's Day! Sounds like a great day. I got flowers, too. And Olivia got lots of dresses... Wait that was last week! I feel the need to shop of Sofia now.

I've only just started following your blog but I'm falling more and more in love every day. We're so similar its frightening!

I'm glad you had a lovely Valentine's Day! Your hubby's card is super cute (he's a pro at coloring inside the lines!) I LOVE your decorations throughout the house. Polka-dot lovers UNITE! Ha! I had a slice of Pecan Pie yesterday too! (yours was bigger and even more gooey than mine though...so not fair) And your little girl is a cutie-pie for sure.

Thanks for the adorable post :)

Where did y'all go? I've exhausted all of the McKinney and Plano antique stores. I haven't been to Denton or Waxahachie in a while. And just so you know, Sulphur Springs square is DEAD. Don't bother going there! ;)

Just curious where you went. The windmills behind Santa are made by my brother in law Travis who owns Lone Star Windmills. Read your blog all of the time and LOVE it.
