I seriously considered writing an entire post about my joy for all the new 7-11 locations opening in my area. Slurpees are totally my weakness and my girls get their own, too. For pretty much the same reasons.
Love it!! Did the same with my kids...even younger! They are now 18,17,&9! No worse for the wear!
