Christmas, Cleaning and Chili

Thanks for all the bubble necklace orders!

I brought the rest of them to Golightly's today.
Look at all the sparkly Christmas goodness going on in there right now!

I am going to start decorating for Christmas in about 5 or 6 weeks and I can't wait!

Today I got some cleaning done around the house, finally!
Look at my cute helpers:

Blue is wondering why in the world they would want to wipe off all his nose prints?

A cold front is coming in tonight and I'm pretty excited about it.  Our high is supposed to be in the 50's tomorrow. I might have to break out some boots.

And I am planning on making chili on Sunday for our family lunch. I want to do it in the crock pot.  Do you have any good recipes?  No beans allowed!  I think they are fuzzy and a little grody to the max.

Have a fun weekend!

Chili without beans? I don't know about that. I have a GREAT crock-pot chicken chili.....with beans, sorry. You simply put two frozen boneless, skinless tenders in your crock, add one can (drained) whole kernel corn, one can black beans, one can Rotel tomatoes, one envelope of dry Ranch dressing mix and chili powder (to taste). The last hour before you are to serve, add one block of cream cheese. Top with shredded cheddar and fresh cilantro. YUM!

My golden retriever looks at me the same way when I am cleaning off her "nose print art". Ha!

Chili sounds so good... I may have to make the same!

Enjoy the cold front!
